The DAS-XX-MX is an inclinometer with a working principle based on a micromachined silicon capacitive transductor. A microprocessing unit acquires the output signal from the sensing element. The sensing element comes as a duty-cicle modulated waveform with a carrying frequency of 100 Hz.

The device consumes minimal power, works with a digital or analog input, has a low cross sensitivity, and features an autozero function. It is also resistant to shocks and is temperature-compensated with a range of 0 ?C to 60 ?C. The measurement range of the inclinometer goes from ? 10 ? to ? 15?.

The DAS-XX-MX was made suitable for platform leveling, pitch and roll measurement, automatic leveling, and others.
